I was able to download 37 of 40. Were you able to download 9, 10 and 11 cleanly at some point? I tried twice and they don't open.
Guess I'll just have to read the other thousands of pages of material.
Also, for those commenting on the lack of English, there is no English translation of the Treasury. It would exhaust the resources of world translation to create one. These 40 files are just a fifth of the first section, on the Classics. The full Treasury is about 3.5 million pages of material, and occupied a building of its own in the Imperial Palace in Beijing.
